Aroma Spa Reviews

Very clean place in the middle of Northern Wayne County. No other cars or people were there. Typically we go to the Chinese in the WV Mall in WB because they have consistently been the best for a decade. My wife got the older woman who was very strong when my wife wanted light. I asked for strong pressure foot reflexology, both for an hour and got the younger woman. She couldn't communicate with me in English and kept using a translate app to try to understand what I wanted . Not a strong massage and she only focused really on my back. 2 hours were $140 cash and they then tried to get us to tip more after I had told them this isn't what I wanted. Furthermore there was nobody waiting and they kept knocking on my door to hurry me up and leave and they knew I was dealing with a quad injury which I repeatedly told them not to touch, and of course she did...The place was very clean, which you can't always get. Ask for the older woman if you do go but that was a one and done for us.

Came in for a massage and was really impressed. The spa is brand new, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and professional, and the service exceeded my expectations. You can tell they really care about quality. Definitely recommend giving them a try — I'll be coming back!

AROMA SPA HOUSE is my absolute favorite regular spot for pain relief and relaxation! As an older adult with chronic stiff shoulders, sore lower back and joint discomfort from years of daily wear, I’ve tried many massage places around the Poconos area, but none take care of my body as thoughtfully as the therapists here. They listen patiently to my sore spots right away, adjust massage pressure gently and carefully, never push too hard to hurt my aging muscles, and target all my tight, achy areas precisely with professional aroma oil massage. The whole spa is quiet, super clean, private rooms make me feel safe and comfortable, the natural essential oil scent is mild and soothing without being overwhelming. The staff are warm, polite and patient with seniors, very accommodating to my requests every single time. I come back here consistently every two weeks, my body feels much looser, my back pain eases noticeably after each session, and I sleep way better at night. I truly rely on AROMA SPA HOUSE to ease my daily body discomfort, I will keep coming here long-term, and I sincerely recommend this wonderful spa to all seniors and anyone suffering from muscle soreness nearby!

I only realized upon arrival that the masseuse was an elderly woman—and her appearance was, to put it mildly, unappealing. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she also demanded a tip and verbally abused me when I refused to pay it. Everyone should steer clear of this place; it’s a complete waste of money.

Excellent deep tissue massage augmented by the addition of hot stones and hot towels that was the perfect remedy for the relief of muscle tension in the shoulders. The place is super clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Aroma Spa House which us a true gem in the woods of Northeast Pennsylvania
